Thanks Nancy, Good catch !! 1803 is correct ! That'll teach me to edit what
I type.
I read a very confusing will of Leah Cluff yesterday. I've never been able
to determine if Benjamin and Leah Cluff were Littletons T Cluffs parents but
from the will of Leah it seems to me to point in that direction. I've never
seen and actual list of either Benjamin or Littleton T Cluffs family. Would
you please tell me what you think ?
Thanks Bob
" Cluff, Leah--Not dated/29 Mar 1858- The lots and houses in Maryland
(near Holms Mills) in the hands of Benjamin C Silverthorn for him to
rent out and lay out the balance for clothes or such things as the
children of Littleton T Cluff may need and to do so until the youngest
child of Littleton T Cluff, named George, shall arrive at age 21 and then
I give the lots and houses in Maryland the children of Littleton T Cluff
provided they have lawful heirs and if not to my daughter Sarah Ann
Silverthorn. Also to Littleton T Cluffs children a bond due me from George
P Scarburgh and Joshua W Bloore for $800. To daughter Sarah Ann Silverthorn
all my land in Accomac County and all my personal estate and bonds &c and at
her death to the children of John Silverthorn and his wife Sarah Ann
Silverthorn and they pay all my debts. I do not wish any Admr of my estate,
but to remain as I have left it, in the hands of the parties named.

Bob,
I'm sure you must have meant that Benjamin and Leah married in
1803...? Correct...? Being born in 1780, he must have been a SUPER
ancestor to marry in 1903! ;) Hope you got some of those genes!!
Later...Nancy
