Slightly later than your requirement is:
So Judicial Records, August Court 1742 - November Court 1744, folio 262
(August court 1744, convened 21 Aug): (abstract) James Dikes, orphan
over 14, chooses Daniel Dikes as his guardian; Edward Dikes to deliver
the estate. Edward Cluff, planter, accepts surety for £50 bond.
A number of the Judicial volumes, of course, have been transcribed or
abstracted; several are on-line at AOM. Several are only available in
print form. I have abstracted several volumes myself, which need to see
print at some point... (this is where I got the above in about 10
seconds flat). There is no master index, only volume indices, and these
indices are only for principals in the actions.

Hi again!
I received a hit on my RootsWeb PML Search on 15 November as follows
below the double line. This list is for Kosciusko County, Indiana. I
left all the Jefferies listings due to the fact one of them could be the
husband of Hattie Cluff and/or some of her children.
Anyone know of this individual...? If you'd like the source, I'd
suggest going to the archives for INKOSCIU-L and searching for the
sender's email address. Then find the first message in the series;
hopefully she included a source for the listings. It looks like
possibly death records but there are no dates on some of them. Thanks!

Hi!
I have previously told this list about finding a VA CLOUGH family
through my brothers DNA test where we were off by only one marker.
This distant cousin is Susan Clough Wyatt. It has been raining results
for Susan and I recently -- well two hits seems like "rain" since it has
been "dry" for so long!
Listen up those with connections in the UK!! Come to find out our first
hit is a connection in ENGLAND!! How totally bizarre!! It is an exact
match for me and by one marker for susan. The DNA test was done by a
nephew of a woman genealogist of Doylestown, PA. Their CLOUGH family is
from Cheshire (county) ENGLAND! They have the tree researched back to
1595. The first one to come to America from her family was her
grandfather, Samuel CLOUGH who came in 1879 or 1880! He settled in
Chicago and had a butcher shop. Since my Charles C. CLUFF was born in
1815 in Kentucky and according to the 1880 census and his father was
born in Maryland, we obviously will have to have a common ancestor way
back in time in England.
Cathie just lost her husband after they moved from Texas to Pennsylvania
so she is going through a lot of adjustments in life. She has promised
to send a family tree but we havent received it yet. Weve been
waiting since she first wrote on 6 November to inform all of you of this
discovery but I couldnt wait any longer to share this news with you
all.
The second hit was learned of just this week. This was from a CLOW who
lives on Prince Edward Island in Canada with Scottish ancestors!! He
was one marker different to than my families' DNA sequence and two
markers different from Susan's. We are waiting for him to contact us as
well. The only sense I can make out of this is that his family were
CLOUGH's in England at one time, moved to Scotland and Canada changing
their spelling to CLOW as my family changed their spelling to CLUFF.
Susan and I can not recommend DNA testing in genealogy research high
enough to you all! If you have a male descendant with the last name of
CLUFF, CLOUGH, CLOW, or any of the derivatives, we urge you to
participate in a DNA program. Contact me and I will be HAPPY to give
you information about how easy it is to do. Swinging the finances is
probably the hardest but we can probably take care of that as a group!
There is a fine tutorial all about it on the FamilyTree DNA site at:

I think that my Father, Webster F. Street, was once married to Peggy
Cluff. The marraige occured around 1940 and didn't last too long. Her
father was a lawer and I think she graduated from Stanford. Does anyone
know anything about Peggy?
