Welcome to the list, and yes there are lots of us Cloyes type people out
here. We have been lucky to get the name back as far as 1539, and are
digging out some information that could push that back even further. I
think we all would be very interested in hearing more about Cloyes France,
and the other sites you mentioned.

Congratulations on the twins, looks like you'll have your hands full in 7
weeks:-{)>.
Myself I've been quite lax in that I've done so very little this year.
Maybe with the onset of winter I'll take some time and try to connect the
dots that I found in the IGI and see if any of those people are related to
us way back when.

I've been ignoring the Cloyes line from a research standpoint. However,
I am working on extending our line. I am pregnant with identical twins

Hi Tom and all -
Been thinking the same thing myself, and have to admit - haven't been doing
anything myself with my Cloyes line - but have been looking at the Towne
family some that connects to the Cloyes line.
Trying to get some much needed organizing done - but I am still here
lurking. How is everyone else?
