Where did your CLOYD's come from? I would like to see if we are on the same family lineage. I don't know if these people are in mine or not but I doubt it. I don't know of any living in TX. but I will look deeper. Thanks for the photos.............Tina

Hi Tammy,
I'm sorry to hear about your dad. I don't know anything about the Cloyd side of the family. You and I are distant cousins through your mom's side of the family. Your mom's great-grandmother was Anna (Armstrong) Wilbur. Her sister was Jenny (Armstrong) Fulton, my 2nd great-grandmother. I used to live about a 1/2 north of you. Feel free to contact me through my direct email if interested.

I don't even know if you will receive this as I see you posted your message back in 2000. Today is March 7, 2010. My name is Tammy Cloyd Kalisek. I met you back in 1996 when my friend Roxanne Ballenger Howe found you and set up a date for me to meet you. My dad is Norm Cloyd who is Oak's brother. Dad passed away last Tuesday, March 2, 2010. I don't know what his first wife's name was but he had two children Ron and Theresa. He then married my mother Marlene Rathka and had four children: Bryan, Tammy, Shelly and Jason. He then married Shirley (don't know her maiden name). She has a son Paul. I know that his parents name (as you mentioned) are Flossie and Norman and his brother Ray. I never knew a lot from dad's side of the family except for seeing Flossie a handful of times and meeting you and Uncle Oak one time and Uncle Ray. If you find any more info I would love too know. Thanks Tammy
