Mary,
Eliza (Parrett) Cailey was the first of David Clouser's 4 wives. Eliza's children by David Clouser were:
Hannah Frances Clouser, b. 4 Sep 1849, died sometime after 1939, married James Judy in 1871 in Washington Court House, Fayette Co., OH. They lived in Columbus, OH
Albert Wallace Clouser, b. 14 Sep 1852, died 9 June 1936 in Fayette Co., OH. He married Ida Mae Stingle. So far as I know, they had one son, Robert, b. about 1880.
Sarah Anna Clouser, b. April 1855 in Mahomet, IL, died 31 Dec 1931, Urbana, IL. She married 4 May 1873 Peter Daniel Siler.
Jesse Clouser, b. 9 Aug 1857 in IL, died 21 Jul 1944 in Montgomery Co., IN. He married 13 May 1880 in Clinton Co., IN Sarah Ellen Payne.
The two oldest children were left behind when David and Eliza moved to Illinois. They were raised by Eliza's sister, Hannah (Parrett) Sutherland and Robert Sutherland in Fayette Co., OH.
I am descended from David Clouser through his 4th wife, Eliza Camp, by whom he had 9 children. There was also one son, Beecher, by his second wife, about whom very little is known.

Christine,
Margaret Clouser who married John Caldwell 27 Aug 1835 in Ross is not a sister to David Clouser, who was born in 1825. She is one of 3 Ross Co. Clousers that Richard Flinn was unable to identify when he compiled his genealogy "The Clouser and Cripps Families of Ross Co., Ohio."
He speculated that Margaret might be a daughter of Simon Clouser and Mary Noecker of Ross Co. Simon was probably, but not proved to be, a brother to John Clouser, the grandfather of David Clouser. John Clouser's mother name was Margaret Wagner, wife of Simon Clouser. (And of course, **if** Simon is a brother, Margaret would also be Simon's mother.) David's father was George Clouser.
At the time he compiled the genealogy (1987), Flinn had no record of descendants of Margaret (Clouser) and John Caldwell. The given names you list are very suggestive of this family. According to his son, William's Bible, Simon Clouser and Mary Noecker were married 17 May 1810 by a Rev. "Hellenstein Shellenstein Fellenstein" This appears to be an attempt by the transcriber to decipher the minister's name. A Jonathan Helffenstein was pastor of the First Reformed Church of Carlisle, PA 1805-1811, then was succeeded by his brother Albert.
The children of Simon Clouser/Clauser and Margaret Wagner were (all born PA):
John, b. between 1771 and 1775, mar. Christina Cripps
Elizabeth, b. abt 1873, mar. John Henry
Margaret, b. abt 1775, mar. Wendel Michael
Catherine, b. abt 1777, mar. Robert Stewart
Simon, b. abt 1779 (believed but not proven to be the Simon who married Mary Noecker)
Mary, b. March-Apr 1787, m. Henry Cripps.
Mary was in utero when her father, Simon, died. Margaret was expecting, according to Simon's will.
Hope this helps.
