The Thomas Clouse listed in the subject line supposedily married a McAffe who was from Pennsylvannia. I do not think this is so. Other than that I would say any connection would have to be back in the 1600s. This Clouse line descended from Phettiplace Clouse who arrived in Virginia in 1605, if that helps. Many people have the Clouse/McAffe marriage in their tree, but I find no documentation to back it up

There is a book "Remberences of the Clouse Family" It was written by a Clouse who lived in Cookville, but is now deceased. Her son is the only one who might have access to a copy but I can not locate him. This is the last info I have on him:
Waymon "Buddy" Franklin
400 W. Cemetery Road
Cookeville, TN 38506
Phone 931-265-4394
If you should be able to locate him I would be willing to buy a copy of the book too, if he has any. Please let me know if you find him.
