Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

Hi Ian, Just replying to this old post - not sure if you already have the info. I have william in my tree (my 7th great grandfather). born 1667 in Askrigg, Yorkshire, England, Death 1735 (68) in
Askrigg, Yorkshire, England. His parents were Robert Cloughton (born 9 November 1636, died november 27 1697 (61)) and Ann Cloughton. Roberts parents were Thomas and Ellen.
Ann Thwaite was my 6th great grandmother born October 1, 1693 in Askrigg, Yorkshire, England and died April 16, 1746 (52) North Riding, Yorkshire, England. Regards, Tanya
