My g-grandparents(Isaac and Margaret Caldwell) are buried in Central Falls, RI. They have a beautiful, large stone. On one side it also gives these names and dates:
Rev. Maxwell Clough, 1909 ---
his wife Ruth C. Armstrong, 1905-1944
Does anyone know about this Clough family?
Hi All The bigger twin is named Gabriel Thomas And the smaller one is Jason
Andrew. They are black headed but the bigger one has more hair. They are not
identical. I was hoping they would be as my twin and I are. My daughter said
the little one has a little different shaped mouth but she says oh Ma they
are so cute. The middle names are after the 2 grandfathers and the Jason is
my grandson`s middle name. Everyone is doing fine.. Thanks all for the
note you have sent to me.. Much Love
Katherine

This is to let everyone know that our youngest son, Andrew James, left

to Hodgkins Disease. He was born September 21, 1976. The past six months
have been very difficult for us.

Homer E. CLOUGH enlisted as a Private in Company "D" of the 74th Indiana Infantry. He was also mustered out as a Private. There was no Homer CLOUGH / CLOE / CLOW listed in the AIS Indiana 1860 or 1870 Census Index.
Jacob CLOUGH enlisted as a Private in in Company "F" of the 74th Indiana Infantry. He was also mustered out as a Private. There was no Jacob CLOUGH listed listed in the AIS Indiana Indiana 1860 or 1870 Census Index. There was however a Jacob CLOW listed in both the 1860 and 1870 Indiana Census.
Does anyone have a Homer E. CLOUGH in their line that was in the Civil War in an Indiana Infantry unit?

Dorothy: It seems that most of the Clough Family in the New England Area descend from John and Jane Clough of Salisbury, MA. They have a society which you might want to contact as follows:
