I am looking for the parents of Priscilla R. Cloud who was born in about 1820
and married Joseph R. Hunter in Williamson County Tenn, in 1842. Have you run
into her as a relative of Isaac Cloud?
Looking for any info. on Malinda Cloud of McMinn Co., Tenn., who married
Thomas R. Lane of Roane Co., Tennessee, in May 1835. She has been
identified by one researcher as the daughter of the Isaac Cloud who is
listed in the 1830 census for McMinn Co.
I'm seeking information on the family of Henry Adner CLOUD. I don't
know when or where he was born, nor his parents. He was married to
Mattie OAKLEY, and I'm not sure about her last name. They had at least
one child, a son by the name of Gennie Merrell CLOUD. Merrell lived
with his uncle.
I have from Byron Cloud the information that Charles Alexander "Eck"
Cloud's wife was Henrietta Ophelia GRIMES, born August 1867 in Macon,
Georgia. If anyone knows where that information came from, I'd sure
appreciate you pointing me there. The name is correct, but I have
conflicting information on her birthplace (Macon, Atlanta, Greene
County) and would like to straighten it out, if possible. Thanks for
your help.
Hello,
I am new to the Cloud list. I am searching for information on Sarah Ann
Cloud,
b. abt. 1840's. I don't know where she was born, but she probably died in
Missouri- Linn or McDonald County before 1884. She was the first wife of my
gg-grandfather, Martin B. Love, b. abt. 1841/2 in KY.
Martin & Sarah Love married 31 May 1866 in McDonald Co., MO. Their children
were: Nancy J. Love, b. 1868 MO
James M. Love, b. 1869 MO (Note: Abner Cloud applied Guardian &
Curator
of James Love a minor under the age of 21 in Linn Co., MO, no
date)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I'm new to the list, and am hoping someone will be able to help me, All
I know about my grgrgrandmother is that her name was Mary Ann Cloud and that
she married Elihu Pearson in Orange Co., IN in 1822. Elihu went to AR in the
early 1830s I do not know if Mary Ann went there with him or not. He is on
the 1850 census for Crawford Co., AR with a wife Mary, but he also had a
second wife by the name of Mary.
I would really appreciate any help I could get on this family. Thank you. Bev
Jamison
This is my first posting to the group. I am researching Abagail Cloud b.
about 1800/1810. I think her father's name was Joseph Cloud. I'm not
sure where she was born, but I think she grew up in Washington County,
Indiana. She married Caswell F. Maxwell on January 3, 1829 in Washington
County. They had at least two sons, Silas Maxwell b. 1833 and Caswell
Jr. b. 1835. Abagail remarried in 1837 to a John Rogers and they had
two children. John Jr. and Amanda Rogers. Amanda married a Mr. Shull.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Connie Taylor

Well, we went, we saw, we didn't conquer. Didn't find the shop that was
supposed to have the records YET. Haven't given up but need more info.
Will keep everyone informed. I will be unable to go back but my sister
says she will try to; and of course, we'll send the name of the place
when/if we can get it so some of you may can go.
Thanks for all the encouragement and offers of help. Will maintain the
surnames sent to me so we can look for them when/if there is an
opportunity.
Thanks again
