Loren William was my father's name. And Mom said he used a cousin's number.
Yes, I do have George Lemon information at myfamily. I do have other names
etc. I had dropped out of it for a while, but still hanging in there at times.
I still can't find anything on my father Loren William Closson in the
geneology. I may have great grandparents from Prussia????? But just not sure, I
thought I saw that in a census somewhere. I DO KNOW, that they had my oldest
half sister listed as a boy in the census. I guess because her name was Billie
Bea Closson.
I have question on the genealogy tree list.
* Do we add our grandchildren's, other side of the family to our family
tree?
* Do we add our 2nd (with no children) marriage family members and
their family?
* And also now a days, seems a lot of couples don't marry and just have
children and live together. When we add those people who did not marry, but
set up as a "married couple" with children and all. How do we put in dates of
together and broken up? Seems the generation of the 30 and 40 year olds have
not made all official with the papers. Even though they may have been
together for 15 or 20 years... just not married. How do we give official dates on
these families?
Thank you for all your time.
Margie

Hi Margie,
Good to hear from you although your posting has me puzzled. You wrote you
believed your grandfather was Charles Closson but not sure. Several times I
sent you sourced information that your grandfather was Ernest Charles
Closson. You wrote you thought your grandfather was from Missouri or
Minnesota area when they were small. I wrote you your grandfather was born
in Minnesota. You wrote you wondered where your people were from and what
nationality. I sent you your Closson line back to Josiah of New England. We
corresponded 2003, 2004, 2005. Also, George Lemons sent you about the same
detailed information that I did.
Here is your line: Marjorie L. Closson > Loren William Closson > Ernest
Charles Closson > Jared Closson > Caleb Closson > John Closson b. 1767 >
Caleb Closson b. abt. 1736 > Ichabod Closson > Caleb Closson > Josiah
Closson b. 1655.
Your grandfather Ernest and your father Loren Charles interested me,
especially what you wrote about Loren Charles using someone else's Social
Security Number.
Hope this helps,
Ann
