Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

PROCLAMATION BY THE GOVERNOR
Whereas, it has come to the knowledge of the executive that on 17th day of May, 1869, William Closson was murdered in the County of Arkansas by one Stokely D. Whaling and that said Whaling is still at large.
