I am a Closson (maiden name). I have an Aunt Nina from Montana, who is around
102 yrs old and living last I heard.
Are you any relation to any Closson's, or is your husband a Closson?
My dad died in 1954 and his name was Loren Wiliam Closson. He had 3 wifes, 5
children. His first wife being Blanche and produced a daughter named Billie
Bea.
Second wife named Stella, producing two sons. Ronald & Keith.
Third wife (my mom, Rena) producing two daughters, Marjorie & Loraine.
He had two sisters one named Nina and the other Lila. There were no other
children.
I am looking for information on the car wreck that killed our grandparents in
the 1930 or 1940. Montana we believe. Their names Verna (Vera?) Hayes Closson
and Ernest Closson. I don't beleive he died in the crash, but don't have
anymore information.
We see lots of Closson's on computer now. We use to think we were the only
ones with this spelling. But may now be wrong on that too.
Originally Montley, Minnesota (my dad) then on to Montana, the Washington
State. Family now in Anacortes, Mt Vernon, Washington, Seattle & SPokane,
Belfair.
I am now Margie Benson of Belfair.
Any info would certainly be appreciated.
Margie
