H. M. Minor Weds
Hon. H. M. Minor of Longmont, Colo., and Mrs. Malissa Belle Clore were married Wednesday evening at 8:30 at the bride's residence in Lovington in the presence of a few of their intimate friends. The groom was formerly a resident of Lovington and was one of the best known lawyers at the Moultrie County bar.
The bride was the widow of the late Z. T. Clore and has resided in and near Lovington for about twenty-two years and has a host of acquaintances and friends. She is the sister of Mr. Ed Parguon (not sure of the spelling, hard to read) of Lovington, Mrs. Lizzie Lange of Mansfield and Mrs. Stack of Garden City, Kan.
Judge Minor and wife will leave for Colorado about the first of August, where they expect to make their home. They carry with them the best wishes of their many friends here and we hope they may make frequent visits to our town.--Sullivan (Ill.) Progress, July 13th.

Are you still working on this DNA project? Not sure what it takes but I am a descendant of Adam Clore born 1748. Nancy Clore was married to an Overton and my great grandmother was an Overton descending from that marriage. My dad has taken the mtDNA test. I am very new to genealogy so not sure if he is the right type of descendant that you are looking for, but if so please feel free to contact me.
