I seek data on Mrs. Delilah Waters, b. 18 Aug 1834, d. 25 Aug 1889. She was the wife of Joseph Waters (1834-1900). They are both buried in the Asbury Cemetery near Raymond, Montgomery Co., IL. I am specificly seeking her maiden name & suspect that she was originally Delilah CLINTON, daughter of Truman Clinton. I have much Clinton data to share.
Please use my email & reply directly to,

I have a Michael DeWitt Clinton in my tree (1818-1898) and his grandson was Abraham DeWitt Clinton (1875-1960), I wonder if they're related to George Clinton! Michael's grandfather Joseph Benedict Clinton was born in CT in 1762 but died in Delaware Co NY in 1828. His son Joseph Jr went to PA - York and Lancaster Counties.
I tried to reduce the number of people in my tree so didn't include siblings beyond my GGG Grandparents. Maybe I skipped over a famous generation in-between!
