Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

William D. Clinton
OCALA, Fla. — William D. Clinton, 61, a retired superintendent of Tennessee Gas, died Tuesday, Jan. 12, 1999, at the Ocala Regional Medical Center, Ocala, Fla.
He was born on Sept. 26, 1937, in Cooperstown, to Kennington and Bessie Clinton.
Bill is survived by his wife of 38 years, Joyce Edwards Clinton of Ocala, Fla.; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Jeffery and Dawn Clinton of Cheyenne, Wyo., and James "Chip" Clinton of Buffalo; one daughter and son-in-law, Jacqueline and Brad Smith of Ocala, Fla.; seven very special grandchildren, Josh and Katie Smith of Ocala, Fla., Jessica and Nicky Clinton of Cheyenne, Wyo., and Glenn, Holly and Jack Murray of Buffalo; two brothers and three sisters-in-law, Douglas and Ann Clinton of Ocala, Fla. and Cooperstown, Donald Clinton of Arivaca, Ariz., Dorothy Clinton of Hartwick and Connie Clinton of Cooperstown; one uncle, Raymond Clinton of Cincinnatus, Pa.; plus many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was predeceased by one brother, Robert A. Clinton of Hartwick.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Arthritis Foundation.
Cremation was handled by Roberts Funeral Home, Ocala, Fla.
