My Clinton line originated in Co. Galway Ireland, emigrated to Roxbury, MA ca. 1855. GGGrandparents were John Clinton and Bridget ? Clinton, resided in Co. Galway, Ireland. Some of their children were born in Fohanagh parish. Not sure of their names, only John, Malachy & Patrick. GGrandparents names were John Clinton, Catherine Mooney Clinton. Their children were: Bridget, Patrick, Thomas, Michael, Malachy, & Mary born in Ireland 1854 and John born in Roxbury, MA in 1856. All the names are so repetitive, can't help but wonder if their might be a connection. ?? What do you think?
