I have a copy of Malachi Clinton's death certificate from Boston. He died on Oct. 1, 1864 at age 55. He was a farmer, born in Ireland and was married (wife not listed). Parents were John and Bridget ? Clinton. Cause of death was a fall, apparently in Dorchester but place of death is listed as Tewksbury. If you have access to New England Historical & Genealogical site, the log from Mass. Archives also lists this death in vol. 175, pg. 180.
I also have Mary Nee Clinton's death certificate. She died Oct. 25, 1889 in Tewksbury, MA of heart disease. In another location on the certificate, it lists Andover, MA as place and location. No parents are listed but she is the widow of Malachi and was age 82.
Let me know if you have questions.

Hi Dawn Marie,
I believe that I exchanged info with you in the past, but now have more records. My gggrandfather, John D. Clinton, was born 1809 in Co. Galway Ireland. He had a brother Malachy born ca. 1815. John was married to Catherine Mooney and immigrated to Roxbury, MA. Their children's names: Bridget, Thomas, Patrick, Malachy, Michael, Margaret, Mary & John.
I just believe they must be connected...with the names being so completely repeated. According to info we have acquired, Malachy Clinton, b. 1815 was married to Mary Nee. John's parents were John Clinton b. 1785-1790, married Bridget ?? b. about 1788. They had four children, Patrick b. 1809-1815, John b. 1809, Malachy b. about 1815, Winnefred b. 1817.
Do you have any death info on Malachy? I have Tewksbury, MA for his place of death. ??? Is any of this making sense with what you have?? Please let us know. Thanks!
