William M. Cline is a brick wall to me. He was born in Indiana Co, PA ca 1817, married Nancy Norman in Belmont Co, OH in 1838, and had 13 children, the first 11 being girls. I have been unable to determine who is parents/siblings are.
On Ancestry in a general search for his name, it pulls up the 1860 census for him in Belmont Co, OH, and lists "relative -- Edward Stead" under his name. In fact, there is NO Edward Stead with the family or even on that census page. Additionally, the 1860 census doesn't even show relationships! So WHO is Edward Stead, and WHY is he listed as a relative when he "doesn't exist"?
Any help or explanation of Ancestry's information would be greatly appreciated. I don't use Ancestry very often, but even my friends who do can't explain it.
