Does anyone have information about the above Cline and Foulks?
Was this the Jacob Cline that had Cline's fort in Washington Co., PA.
Jacob and Elizabeth lived in Shenandoah, Richland Co., OH.
They had a son Alfred Cline b. 1 Mar 1823. Is it possible that Alfred is
Alfred Jacob or Jacob Alfred. They had nine other children.
Any info would be most helpful.
