Could I have all of my fellow Clines check their info for a Jacob Cline
b. ca 1856 to Mose Christian Cline and Lovicia "Lovis" Lester.
He would have been born in Tazewell/McDowell Co. West Virginia.
Thanks
Linda
Hi all,
Hi all,
The Arkansas Biographies Project has just been added to many other great
projects going on at the ARGenWeb.
The Biographies Index Pages include links to biographies of people
associated with the State of Arkansas in some way during their lifetime
and can be accessed at:
http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/ar/biography/bios-ark1.htm
EVERYONE is invited to participate in this project. All contributions
are most welcome.
---If you have biographies on a Web Page with an Arkansas connection,
please send me the URL for your Web Page. OR, if you run across a Web
Page with Arkansas Biographies and don't see the links on the Index, let
me know about it.
---If you don't have a Web Page, but have typed biographies on your
computer, please send a copy to be placed in the ARGenWeb Archives. Be
sure to indicate the source, if published. You will receive credit for
the contribution.
---Of course, if you have biographies on your Web Page and would also
like to contribute them to the Archives, that would be great also.
Note: We will need permission of the author to include any copyrighted
materials.
You may send any contributions to me at: madcounty(a)aol.com

I went through all of my info for your William Cline, but although I
found more than I imagined, the latest one was born in 1869 in
Armstong County, PA. However, I could have sworn that at one time I
found a William Cline, son of the guy who owned the Kline
Merchantile in Johnstown and he would have been born just prior to
the 1900's. Sorry I can't be more specific, but I have my hands full
doing just the direct line so far.
For info regarding a related line to this William, please visit my
Web Page and possibly leave queries so we can find some of these
puzzling Cline/Kline folks.

I don't believe this is the same William as this is a fairly young person.
Maybe twenty or thirty. But maybe a son or grandson. Lets kepp working on it.

Hello All Cline People,
I am still looking for information on Benjamin Cline, he married a Rhoda
Franklin. They were some of the early settler's of Oakland county,
Michigan, in the early 1830's to 1840's. I do not know where they came
from, if there are any siblings, or who the parents were.
Any ideas out there?
Lorraine Davis
I have a William Cline b 1842 d 1911 from Alliance OH. His sister
Maria married Virgil Gillett (Linesville PA). I don't have a Julia,
however. I don't know if William worked on the railroad, but Alliance
was quite a railroad center back then (named for the Alliance of three
railroads).

I just re'cd some pictures that belonged to my mother. In this I found a
picture of a Bill Cline in Emison, IN. I'm guessing it was taken about the
early 1900's. As near as I can tell it is in front of the depot. He is on a
two wheeler on the railroad tracks with a third wheel on the opposite trak.
There is also a picture of Julia Gillet holding onto a horse and it also
says
Emison, IN. This is where my folks where from, Straud and Sallie Bottles.
Does anyone know of these people? MStein7079(a)aol.com
