Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

Marion Ethel Clinard
Marion Ethel Clinard, 94, of Buna, Texas died Sunday, December 11, 2005 at
Christus St. Michael Hospital in Texarkana, Texas. There will be visitation
at E.E. Stringer Funeral Home in Buna on Thursday, December 15th from 6:00 -
8:00, family viewing will be at 5:00. Funeral services will be Friday,
December 16th at 10:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Buna with Bro.
Jerry Redkey officiating. Burial will be at Antioch Cemetery in Buna.
Pallbearers will be Christopher Trew, Philip Trew Jr., Mike Reeves, Kenneth
Reeves, Tommy Griffith, James Griffith. Born July 11th, 1911 in Vivian, La.
to Bridget & Leonard Kauffman. Marion had lived in Buna 57 years. She served
on the AARP board for many years, worked at E.E. Stringer Funeral Home for
14 years, drove a truck during World War II at the Orange Shipyards,
Secretary for Antioch Cemetery for many years, was a faithful worker in the
nursery at First Baptist Church for many years, volunteered at the Buna
Nursing Home many years, was on the board of the American Cancer Society,
Member of First Baptist Church 40+ years. She was also a Mother, a
homemaker, and lived life to the fullest until her death. She is preceded in
death by her husband, Walter C. Clinard, brother, Rufus Kauffman, sister,
Hazel Batterbee. Survivors include daughters, Sandra I. Trew and her husband
Philip of Texarkana, AR and Gertrude Reeves and her husband Raymond Reeves
of Kirbyville; a son, Bert Griffith, Jr., and his wife Rosemary of Port
Arthur; sisters, Mildred Trundle, Blanche Wagner and Louella Foster. There
are 17 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers
please make donations to American Cancer Society, American Diabetes

Ray D. Clinard
Jan. 7, 1935-Dec. 7, 2005
Ray D. Clinard of Bucyrus died Wednesday at Heartland of Bucyrus. He was
born in Orlinda, Tenn., to the late Geni and Hattie P. (Munday) Clinard. Mr.
Clinard is survived by two children, Michael (Lisa) Clinard and Cathy
(Duane) Lutz, both of Bucyrus; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren;
a brother, Darrell Clinard of Dayton; and two sisters, Margaret Groves and
Helen Walter, both of Bucyrus. He was preceded in death by brothers George
"Buster" Clinard and Charles Clinard as well as one sister, Betty Cooley. He
had worked at both Perfection Cobey Steel Body in Galion and Shunk
Manufacturing in Bucyrus, retiring in 1981. Mr. Clinard moved to this area
in 1941 from Tennessee. He was a Korean War Navy veteran and member of the
VFW Post 1078 and American Legion Post 181. At Mr. Clinard's request there
will be no calling hours or funeral service.

Donald L. Clinard
Donald L. Clinard, 70 of the Cuba, Kentucky Community, died Tuesday,
November 22, 2005, at the Westview Nursing Home in Murray, Kentucky.
Services for Mr. Clinard were held Saturday, November 26, 2005, at 11:00
a.m. at the Cuba Baptist Church in Cuba, Kentucky. Burial was in the Cuba
Baptist Cemetery. Rev. Glynn Copeland officiated the services. Hornbeak
Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Clinard was retired from Rhodes Supply in Cuba. He was a member of the
Cuba Baptist Church and lived in the Cuba area all of his life. Mr. Clinard
was born May 30, 1935 in Weakley County to the late Forrest (Clark) and Pete
R. Clinard. In addition to his parents, Mr. Clinard was preceded in death by
three brothers, Guy Clinard, Herb Clinard and Boyd "Flick" Clinard and a
sister, Rachel Clinard.
Mr. Clinard is survived by his wife, Dorothy Mathis Clinard of Cuba, whom he
married August 11, 1956; a daughter, Belinda Vaughn of Cuba; two sons and
daughter-in-laws, Jeff and Brenda Clinard of Wingo, Kentucky and Michael and
Penny Clinard of Louisville, Kentucky; five grandchildren, Jessica Clinard
of Wingo, Darren Vaughn and Lauren Vaughn both of Cuba, Samuel Clinard and
Jacob Clinard both of Louisville and a brother, Jimmy Clinard of House
Springs, Missouri.
