Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

The funeral for Patrick Clinard, 29, of Fremont will be 10 a.m. Saturday at
Ludvigsen Mortuary in Fremont.
He died Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2003, at University of Nebraska Medical Center
in Omaha. He was an organ donor.
Clinard was born June 15, 1974, in Omaha to Gordon and Marietta (Smith)
Clinard. He moved with his family to Fremont at age 8. He was a graduate of
Logan View High School and during his high school years, he was active in
the Civil Air Patrol, serving as a Second Lieutenant. He had received a high
award from the patrol, that being the Billy Mitchell Award.
He had just graduated from the Southeast Community College Driving School.
He had been active in the Fremont Chapter of the Jaycees, and had served on
its board. He also had been their community development director, and last
year was vice president of individual development. He had received many
Jaycee awards, both on the local and state level. He served in the U.S. Air
Force from 1992-95.
Survivors include: his mother, Marietta Clinard of Fremont; two sisters,
Polly Clinard (and special friend, Gary Haynes) of Cedar Bluffs and Beverly
McDonald of Fremont; three brothers, Gordon Clinard II of San Francisco,
Kenneth Clinard of Omaha and Roger Clinard (and special friend, Becky
Schultz) of Lincoln; four nephews and five nieces.
He was preceded in death by his father in September of this year, and by two
brothers.
The Rev. Ken Davidson of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Cedar Bluffs will
officiate Saturday's service. Visitation will be from 1-8 p.m. today and
continues one hour prior to service time, all at the funeral home. A
graveside service will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Cleveland Cemetery, north of
Stuart, with the Rev. Wayne Owens officiating. The Stuart American Legion
Post will present military honors.
A memorial has been established to the Fremont Jaycees.
