Caroline Elizabeth Clifft was my husbands great grandads cousin. We have her birth as 1849 and her parents as John and Ann Clifft. John is my husbands great, great grandads cousin. John's father was called James and one of four brothers.
If you require further information let me know. Sorry I can't help with the offspring question but should I find out anything I will let you know.

HI:
I'm researching HUGH CLIFT and his daughter JOANNA(H) CLIFT, who married
THOMAS BERRY. I believe that Hugh left King George Co., VA in the late 1790s
and lived in MASON CO., KY. I'm specifically looking for his will and any
other information about his life in VA.
A Clift descendant sent me information from his will but I lost it when my
computer stopped working. I'm trying to reconstruct the records I had on
him.
Thanks for all help.
Kberry

I did send an email replying to you, but I thought since it's been 6 years since your post, your email address may have changed. :o) I am one of Clarence C Clift's great-granddaughters. He had 2 children with his first wife Mary (maiden name unknown to me), Mary Louise & Louis or Lewis. I think Uncle Lewis had kids, but not sure.
I am the only child of Randall Anson, who is one of Clarence's grandsons. Randall is one of Mary Louise's 4 sons. She passed in 1996 or 1997, in Springfield, MO.
Where did the elder Clarence die in 1933? Was it in prison/jail? How did he pass? How did Mary Alice Robinson pass in 1904?
