Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
Just posting my interests. My family goes back to the Cliffe family of
Tailors in Chester 1700-1860 when the family moved to Manchester and
continued as Tailors until 1900 period,in Manchester they lived in the

I just inherited many old photos from a deceased great-uncle. Among them was this one photo of Mr. and Mrs. Truman YOUNG, and Mr. and Mrs. Lou CLIFF. The photographers mark on the bottom is from Boscobel, WI. Unfortunately, I do not know the time period, because there are two Truman YOUNGs, and I'm not sure which one this is. I just hope this helps someone "find" a picture, and if so, they could share more information with me.
