Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
John Raymond Click- Funeral services for John Raymond Click, 76, will be held at 10:00am Thursday, July 27, 2000 at Huff Funeral Chapel in Whitesboro, Tx. Rev. Charles Hite will conduct the service. Interment will be in Collinsville Cementary.
He died Monday July 24, 2000 in VA Medical Center in Dallas, following a short illness.
Born December 29, 1923 in Collinsville, he was the son of the late Louella Huey Click and Rollie Charles Click. He married Frances L. (Patty) Privette on August 17, 1946 in Whitesboro.
He worked for Johnston Testers and Local 211 Pipefitters and was a US Army veteran and active member of VFW Post 1922 in Gainesvill. In December 1989, he moved to Whitesboroto retire, after living in Houston for 45 years. He was a member of Spring Baptist Church in Spring, Tx.
Survivors are his wife, Fraances L. Click of Whitesboro; 2 sons,Jerrill Eugen Click of Austin, Tx., Charles Michael Click and wife, Patti of Whitesboro; 2 daughters, Janita Carol Noel and husband, Fred of Houston, and Deborah Jeanette Wallace of Conroe,tx.; 2 brothers George and wife, Martha click of Porter, Texas and Glen and wife, Cheryl Click of Cohoma, Texas; 2 sisters, Lena Heard of Big Springs, Texas and Mary Lou Greeley of Sugarland, Texas; 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers are Floyd Privette, Jimmy Sawyer, Jaqck Clark, Paul Hite and Homer Brookshear.
