Hi Ric,
My name is Tina and you seem to be the man to talk to. I married a man named Clyburn in 1989. His father was James Leon (nickname: Jack) Clyburn; we have since learned that he was born James Leon Cliburn. His father's name was Richard and mom was Winni or Renni. They were from the Nashoba county area of Mississippi. Jack has one older half brother that is living named Ralph W. Cliburn. Ralph says he and Jack are 3rd cousins of famous Van Cliburn. There is one other cousin of Ralph's that I have briefly spoken to who insinuated there may be another family fathered by the natorious Jack. If either one of these people know more they arn't talking. My husband may have some half siblings!! I don't want our children not knowing or Goodness forbid, marrying kin. Jack reportedly took it upon himself to change the spelling of his name after a bout in jail. He married my mom in law and fathered two children under this illegal spelling of Clyburn. Please if you have any in!
formation concerning this family contact me at justus1234(a)juno.com.
Tina
