I am trying to trace a Thomas Clibborn who was born about 1817 as I was recently sent a photograph of Thomas Clibborn, taken in Dublin and written on the back is '1867' (unclear). I think he looks aged about 50. This photograph can be seen on the MSN Clibborn webpage.
These are the Thomas Clibborns, in my database, who were alive in 1867:
Thomas Clibborn of Moate Hall (1799-1870).
Thomas Strettle Clibborn (born 1837) Not sure when he emigrated to Australia.
Thomas Greer Clibborn (born 1842) emigrated to Queensland, Australia on 19 Sep 1863 (as given in Lydia Goodbody's diary)
Thomas Harvey Clibborn (born 1845) farmer at Anner House
Please contact me if you have information about other Thomas Clibborns.

I have done a bit more research into the Clibborns at Anner Mills which Ellie is going to put on the MSN Clibborn site.
Here is the first paragraph
Joseph Grubb founded Anner Mills probably about 1730. Joseph's parents had settled in Clonmel and his three brothers also established themselves in Clonmel working as a farmer, provision merchant and clothier. Joseph's son John Grubb was born at Anner Mills in 1737. He was the most able business man in his family and Anner Mills prospered but at the age of 45 he died; it was said from over-work. He had only been married for six years and left a wife, Sarah, nee Clibborn Pim, with four young daughters to bring up. Against her family's advice Sarah continued to live at Anner Mills and run the business herself. To help her manage the Mill she advertised for "competent clerks to aid her in her administration of her late husband's business" and appointed her cousin David Malcolmson as manager. Then in 1791 she appointed a new manager, John Barclay Clibborn, of Moate. Sarah's business was run under the trade name of Sarah Grubb & Co, corn merchants and millers.
