Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

Peter Clevenger
Losantville, Indiana - Peter Max Clevenger, 90, died Thanksgiving afternoon
after a variety of health problems in recent months. Max was born Oct. 23,
1925 and was a lifelong resident of Randolph County. A 1943 graduate of
Losantville High School, Max joined the army in 1944 and reached the rank
of Sergeant in World War II under the direction of General Patton.
Honorably discharged, he worked at Trimble Grain in Losantville and also
worked at Westinghouse, where he was a member of IBEW. He was also a member
of the Masons.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Barbara Jean Oren
Clevenger, who passed away in 2012, and by three brothers, Donald W.,
Gordon L., and Keith J. Clevenger. He is survived by his son Bruce of
Atlanta, Georgia, one sister, Pauline Cates of Modoc, and one brother,
James A. Clevenger, three sisters-in-law, five nephews and five living
nieces.
Friends may call at Thornburg Memorial Chapel near Parker City from 2 p.m.
to 5 p.m. Sunday with a funeral service at the funeral home at 1 p.m.
Monday followed by interment at Riverside Cemetery near Losantville.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Losantville United
Methodist Church.
