Hello Tina. It would be helpful if you have dates for anything - even a "guesstimate" for birth, marriage, death, etc., would be better than nothing. You might want to contact the Dennis who also replied to this post.

my grandfather was Earl Raymond Clevenger born in Indiana, early 1900's, he was one of six sons. The mother died giving birth to the youngest, his name is Clarence. The younger boys were farmed out and adopted by other families. I believe his father was William and the mother was Myrtle. Of this I am not certain. Another son was Roy Clevenger married to Marge. If this story is familiar to you or you think there could be a connection, please contact me.

I know my grandfather was born in Randolph Co, Indiana, his name was Earl Raymond Clevenger, I believe he was the oldest son of William. There were six sons, the wife died while giving birth or shortly thereafter to Clarence the youngest. The youngest children were farmed out and adopted to other families...I think the wife was Myrtle.

My grandfather is Earl Raymond Clevenger, one of six sons born in Indiana. The mother died at the birth of the youngest son, his name was Clarence? I believe. The boys were all farmed out and the younger ones adopted. Any information, I would appreciate it, or if you have run across the story.
