Hi Cindy,
My Clevenger/Clevinger family line is from around the Battle Ground,
LaFayette area. If you can remember any names, I might be able to help you.

Sorry to take so long to get back to you. I have quite a lot of Clevenger
history back to the orginal ones who came here to America John Cleavenger.
Some of the family changed the name dropping the "a" but the heritage seems
to be the same. Write me your e-mail address and I will be happy to send

Subject: [CLEVENGER] Looking for Clevenger Family Info for Muncie, Indiana
I am looking for information on the Clevenger Family from Muncie, Indiana. My family is related but I don't know how. One of my uncles said it is through our Berry Family but he does not know for sure. He was never interested in genealogy. What I do remember is from when I was still a child and we would all go to Muncie for big family reunions. I still have photos from those reunions. I remember a few names but nothing that connects anywhere. I've been on this email list for a long time and no one ever seems to have information on this branch. It might not be a connection through the Berry Family. All the surnames I am researching that could be the connection are Berry, Book, Coil, Kelly, Sheets, and Stose. If any of these surnames are connected to your Clevengers, please let me know.
Thanks, Cindy
