Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
Can you give us the birth or death date for William Andrew Clevenger? I am not able to be sure what family line of Clevengers he is from.

It has been some time since I posted my Clevenger most wanted list. My
research is for source info on William Andrew Clevenger of Wayne County, IL. His
mother's obit was found in the Wayne County Press and reprinted in the
Wayne County Press fifteen or so years ago. A cousin came forward with info that
William Andrew Clevenger's mother was of Cherokee blood, making William
Andrew Clevenger also part indian. I can believe it. My grandfather Clevenger
