Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
RICHMOND, Ind. -- Byron Lee "Wrench" Creviston, age 67, of Lynn, died
unexpectedly Saturday, Dec. 25, 2010, at his home.
Born Dec. 5, 1943, in Richmond, Ind., to Charles and Deloris Clevenger
Creviston, he spent most of his life in Richmond. He was a 1962 graduate of
Richmond High School. Byron was a Navy veteran serving on the U.S.S.
Mattabesset and the U.S.S. Salvager. He retired from the Richmond Fire
Department as a lieutenant after 23 years. After retirement, Byron was a
fire truck mechanic at the Richmond Street Department. He enjoyed cooking,
reading and watching old westerns and spending time with his grandchildren
and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include his daughters, Beth Smith (David), Mechelle Eggers
(Earnie) and Angela Tutterrow (Darin Aughe); nine grandchildren, Justin
Creviston-Smith (Emily Shook), Jenson and Jonas Smith, Rachel (Steve Bond),
Earnie Jr. and Samantha Eggers, Zachary Callahan (Cierra Michaels), Molly
Callahan (Lucas Hobbs) and Thaddeus Tutterrow. He leaves a special grandson,
Colt Thomas; three great-grandchildren, Savannah Lee Smith, Steven Bond II
and Peyton Bond; his mother; sister, Sandy Land (Earl); brother, Steven
Creviston; nieces, nephews; cousins and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his father and sister-in-law, Shirley Creviston.
Visitation for Byron Lee Creviston will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 30,
2010, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road W., Richmond. Funeral
service will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 30, 2010, at Doan & Mills Funeral
Home with Lonnie Pippin officiating with military honors provided by the
Wayne County Honor Guard.

Her father is Reuben Clevenger born 1788 in Va. married Sarah
