Looking for info regarding Herbert Logan Clevenger, who married my grandmother's sister, Marion Lane Seymour on June 1, 1911, in Narberth, PA.
I have just tested the email addresses listed on my webpage and about
half of them are incorrect. The same goes for the links to webpages.
Please check you listing and send me the correct, current address.

Does anyone know the email addresses of Nelle Slakely and/or Kelly
Moss?
They have postings about Eliza Clevenger on the Clevenger GenForum.
I don't want to answer them on the GenForum because I don't want any
more non-essential emails <G>.
Eliza's father Thomas Clevenger was the son of Aaron who was the son
of Abraham Clevenger who fought in the Revolutionary War.

Alfred was the son of John and Beulah Ridgeway Clevenger of Virginia.
John's parents were Joseph Henry and Mary Smith Clevenger, of Virginia
Joseph's parents were George and Deliverence Horner Clevenger.
Does that place him ok??

Frances Acker is more than likely the sister to John Achor who also was born in Frederick co. Va and he was a Rev. soilder who came to Highland and Clinton counties in OH around 1799. John's granddaughter, Elizabeth Achor mar a Samuel Clevenger in 1842 Highland Co. OH. Pts for Samuel may be Wm. & Omery Powers Clevenger. Samuel & Elizabeth seem to have ended up in Randolph co. IN and are listed in the 1850 census. The stroy always told in the Achor family was that he was ambushed by bandits and killed. I have discoverd a Wm. clevenger the son of Samuel & Peggy Curry Clevenger in Knox county IL and that is where Elizabeth's son Martin Van Buren Achor was living in the late 1850's and again in the late 1860's and early 1870's before he came back to OH. Thanks for any help, Sandra
Found the attached while searching for info on my Sinnett Ancestors:
CONCORD (PLEASANT VIEW)
Pleasant View (formerly Concord) Church was organized June 13, 1829. Eight
charter members came together, viz., Braxton Mabry, Christian Mabry, James
Mabry, Maximilian Mabry, Nancy Mabry, Sally Mabry, Reuben Clevenger, and Sally
Clevenger. Elders William Rodgers, Aaron Smith, and Thomas Lee formed the
presbytery. The church was organized before the present town of Palmyra came into
being; the town was surveyed and laid out in 1835 under the name of Newburg; the
name was changed to Palmyra in 1855.
