Who were Nancy's children?
Do you have a list of names and birthdates of her children?
Who was her husband?
I'm searching for ancesters from Va, and Ky. Migrated to WVA.
Any info would help.

THANK YOU!
Thanks for your reply. Sounds as though we are relatives. Nice to meet another branch of the family tree.
I have considerable information on the descendants of Titus Clevenger from his son Lewis B. Clevenger, but limited information on the branch of the family descended from John P. Clevenger. My information may be found in a web page located at http://familytreemaker.genealogy.com/users/c/l/e/Larry-O-Clevenger/?welco.... Open the tree marked "Descendants of ?Clevenger." That will give you some information on the derivation of the family name and some interesting biographical information on some of the members of my branch of the tree. There are also references to various data sources, which may prove useful to you.
I have a little information on John P. Clevenger in that tree, but would very much like to complete it and update what I already have. Any information you would like to share would be most useful.
You may reach me directly at LClevenger(a)att.net if you wish.
Again, thanks for the reply.
Regards,
Larry Clevenger
I am verynew to genealogy research. I am researching Titus, also. He is my ggg grandfather. I was born and raised in Union County Oh and have been to Hopewell cemetary many times as many of our family are buried there. I show Titus's wife's name is Hannah (11/1819-3/15/1870). Hannah could have been a second wife because she would only have been 5 years old when John P., my gg grandfather, was born. I was not aware of Lewis or William or any Greene County connection
Hello. Almost one year has passed since the following messages were
exchanged and I may finally have found the missing family. This, of course,
has caused a whole new set of questions.
Sarah, when you first sent this message to me, I read through the Ray Co
Clevenger book and was not able to find a missing girl in the 5-10 age range
in 1830 except the one living with Rebecca Clevenger. I felt that this girl
was probably Anna, the daughter of Ford Clevenger and granddaughter of
Rebecca. I was kind of frustrated and gave up at that time. Recently, I
have discovered a little quality "me-time" and taken up the search for
Psyche's parents again.
I began by rechecking the 1830 census and my tally marks appear to be
correct. Next, I began reading through the book again and this time I put
names with every tick mark on the 1830 census. This time I noticed
something wrong with the first paragraph on page 74 of the book. It states,
"The only other child in the 1830 census is female, age 0-5." Not correct:
a female, age 5-10, is listed as well. Could this be my Psyche
Clevenger???????? I think that my Psyche Clevenger is the daughter of
Samuel Clevenger, married to Susan Jefferies. I think that Psyche is from a
previous marriage as is the male, age 15-20. Her mother may even have died
in childbirth due to the close dates of Psyche's birth, January 10, 1824,
and Samuel and Susan's marriage, March 25, 1824. Can anyone, please, help
me to verify this?
Now, I may have found a father, but who is the mother?
Thanks to all for any help that you can give me.

Hi everyone. I'm excited that an unidentified Clevenger photo sent to me
by Ruth Rosencrans has now been identified.
This link should take you right to
it: <http://community.webshots.com/photo/7987789/7987851PpIdMVFNdW>
If you have trouble with that link, go to my webshot communities page
at: <http://community.webshots.com/user/chiggers9> and click on "Unknown
Clevengers." The photo is marked as now being identified, and I have
listed who is in the photo.
Identified in the photo are: William Harrison Clevenger and wife Nancy Jane
Titus. Twin girls Jane and Mary Clevenger, John Clevenger, Joe Bowers,
Rosie Bowers, Colona Ann Clevenger Bowers and infant.

Old people are like libraries on fire. We must read their books before
it's too late.
When I opened my email this morning, I rec'd a virus attachment to one of my messages. It began to automatically send out every message I deleted!
It is gone now, and I'm very sorry for any trouble it may have caused anyone on this list. I'm not sure where it came from, but I'd like to find out myself!
My Norton DID NOT pick it up.
Again, I'm sorry for any trouble caused to anyone. I was not familiar with the message title, (a family I'm not researching), and just clicked "delete".
