Hi everyone. My family has been fortunate enough to come across many old
photos. Most of them are probably taken in and around Ray County and are
probably related to the Clevenger family in one way or another.
So far, I have 11 photos posted that have not been identified. Please take
a look and see if you can identify these photos. We would love to know who
they are, and I'm sure you would love to have a copy of the photo if it is
one of your family members.
You can view the photos on my website at http://www.loricamper.com. Click
on the "photos" link.

Old people are like libraries on fire. We must read their books before

George, You are going to have to recheck your book. Willis F.
Clevenger was born 28 May 1819 as you said, but he died 24 Nov 1866 after
serving in the Civil War.
--------- a descendant of Willis.

In Lacona, Warren Co., Iowa, there is a Willis Clevenger Park. Lacona is a small town (pop. probably less than 500) and the park is in the middle of the town square. Does anyone have any information about Willis Clevenger of Warren Co, Iowa????

Sarah Clevenger
Hello, I was wondering if anyone has this family on their tree or has any information on them. Job Clevenger and Mahala Sinclair were both born in Indiana in the early 1800's. They had the following children that I know so far: Bennett, Nancy, Sarah, Leota (Lena), Jessie (or known as India), Ormsby, Mary?, Lester, Emma. If you can add to these children, please contact me. Thanks
Stephanie
