Hi,
Hoping someone out there can help me.
Margaret Glendening married Stephen Parnell in 1782 in Kentucky. Stephen
was born 1762 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland and died after 1840 Decatur
County, Indiana. I know nothing about Margaret and just keepign hitting
brick walls. Hoping this spelling rings a bell with someone out there.
Thanks for listening,
Janet Hanson

Found this while searching for another family thought it might be helpful to someone on the list . This is Bosque County Texas.
Walling Bend Cemetery
In Bosque County near Greenwade Crossing on the Brazos River, later a Ferry, and where in
1912 an iron bridge was erected by Bosque and Hill Counties, there was a community called Walling
Bend. The cemetery there was relocated to Whitney (Whitney Cemetery), Hill County, Texas when the Whitney Dam was built. There were also 101 unknown graves and 1 grave listed as a Mexican Grave.

Looking for anyone who might have access to a reference on Cumberland County
newspapers. Someone had sent me, several years ago, a reference to a James
Clendinnin who was calling in debts. He was a cordwainer (shoemaker) in this
township. I believe it was dated 1785. I seem to have misplaced the
article. Anyone else have it?
