Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

Hi Steven - I am trying to trace my husband's ancestory for him. I have a
Minta Florence (Minnie) Clemons born in Centerville, Appanoose county, Iowa
on Feb. 25, 1877. She had a brother, Carey Columbus, born in 1883. Her
father was James M. Clemons (I have no info. on him except his year of death
was 1959.) and her mother Adah Maria Blakesley b. 1842 in Vermillion county,
IN. and died in1917 in Deer Park, WA. James Clemons had children by another
marriage. I have pictures, but no birthdays. There were: Leah, Mable,
Anna, and David. I don't have info on their mother. I have pictures of
Minta, and I've received a lot of information on her mother, Adah Blakesley,
but I can't seem to find the right Clemons family.
Is there anything in your material that suggests that this may be the same
family? I hope to hear from you -- Best wishes!! Yvonne Price - Oregon
