Hi fellow Clemmers. Received this email recently from Liza Browning seeking information on Jasper Clemmer's lineage. This is not my lineage - there are several other members of this group that can help her more than I can. Thanks in advance.
Liza Browning's email is brownings4(a)att.net.
Thanks. John Awald

I am related to Jasper through his other son, Joseph Neal Clemmer.Did you ever get a chance to look into the other email I sent you below?Just still stumped, and no one seems to know what is going on.....lol....frustrating....Dated May 1st:Hi John,I am currently researching my ancestry...descendent through the people I noticed this woman Nancy Wood wrote you about some time ago. I am having a very difficult time finding any information on them, and especially on Mary Sullivan. I can't find the probate record Nancy refers to above for her father, John Patrick Sullivan, and therefore, my tree dead ends right there. Any help, ideas, guidance you can provide would be very helpful! Thanks so

I have Teressa Eva MacKay (1858 - 1882) married (Sept. 1, 1878) to George Gans Clemmer (b 1858 - no death date). Children Goda, and Infant daughter and an Infant Son.
I also have Elizabeth ? (b - abt 1837 Wisconsin) married to George Gideon Gans Clemmer (b 1836 - died in Nevada, no death date) Their daughter was Amanda.
Those folks don't seem to match much of your line. My Green County Wisconsin ancestors are Jacob Clemmer (1836 - 1917), m Hannah Baird (1840 - 1921)
Any matches for you ? John Awald (I will be away for a week but will reply to any questions on my return)
