Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
Last night, we updated our online database, adding over 5,000 new names, bringing our total to now over 613,000 names online. We have many Clemmer and Clinard families in our database. You may see what we have at:

James "Jim" Eugene Clemmer Died Monday, Nov 2, 2009, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, KS. Mr. Clemmer was the mayor of Tampa, KS. He was 81.
He was born May 19, 1928, in Emporia, KS, the son of James M and Erna Gramke Clemmer. He was a salesman. He married Mary June Daily on Nov 19, 1946, in Council Grove KS. she survives.
He was a member of St John's Lutheran Church in Lincolnville, KS.
Mr Clemmer is survived by his wife; sons , Ronald Eugene Clemmer of Tampa, Donald Allen Clemmer, James Boyd Clemmer and Dale Lee Clemmer all of Salina KS; a brother, Danny Lee Clemmer, Wichita, KS; sisters Erna Doreen Sutton of Hermosa Beach, CA, Marlene Ann Clemmer and Doris Eileen Lowe both of Topeka, KS; five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Two grandchildren died earilier.
Services for Mr Clemmer will be at 10:30 AM Saturday at St John's Lutheran Church in Lincolnville. The Rev. Alan Stahlecker will officiate. Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery in Rural Neosho Rapids, KS. Vistation will be from 3 to 7 PM Friday at Jost Funeral Home in Hillsboro. KS.
Memorials may be made to St John's Lutheran Church or Tampa Community Association. Condolences may be sent to the family via jost(a)jostfuneralhome.com
