In searching for Solomon and Louisa Climmer I mistakenly did a great deal of
work on Louisa Clemmer who turned out to be married to John Clemmer, had at
least 4 daughters, 3 of which married men named Huth, Lancaster and Booth. I
would gladly give this info to anyone who wants it. Just e-mail me off the
list.

I visited your page...very nice. YOu left us out though *G*. The Gaston's
have connections with the Rhynes, Kisers, and Davis'es. Susannah the dtr of
Jacob and Hannah married William Davis. They were the parents of Charlotte
who married James Russell Gaston. They were my aunt and uncle 4 times
removed. This connection gives us "access" to the Hoffmans, Tutherow's etc
etc and, oh yes, the Clemmers.

Bryce - please don't think anything about it! I understand innocent and
well-intentioned mistakes and have made millions myself. I appreciate your
concern and thoughtfulness in passing information along to the group. Please
keep me informed about your condition and, if at all possible, allow me to
meet with you when you are at Duke or (a terrific alternative!) come by to
visit with Mom and me. We're only 30 minutes from Duke (but, admittedly, in
the wrong direction re Gastonia).
In case you get the opportunity to come here (Mom can't leave the house
except to the doc's or similar situations) here are directions from Duke:
Take NC 147 (signs all over the place around Duke) toward Raleigh. Merge
with I-40 toward Raleigh. In 1 to 2 miles, take I-540; it only goes in one
direction so you can't go wrong. When I-540 ends (10 miles?), exit at Falls
of the Neuse Rd. (you are forced to exit; can't go any further). Turn left
onto F. o. N. Rd. Take first left (Stonegate), second right (Greenfield),
and first left (Lomas Ct.). We're 8821 Lomas Ct., last drive on the left.
Phone 844-1740.
Bryce - I know you and your Mom are at Duke often. I-540 makes the run from
our house a piece of cake (not like the maze of back roads your mom last
drove before 540 opened); I know as I've done it a thousand times in recent
months. PLEASE, both of you, know that you have a standing invitation to
stay with us whenever you are in the area. We have two bedrooms (double and
queen) available. It would be a privilege to have you!
God Bless!
Tom
I am so sorry, Tom! i don't know what I was thinking. Please forgive me. I
have had a rough couple of monrhs myself, nothing like yours. God bless you
and your family. I anm coming to Duke for a checkup on January 4, We will
try to get up with you.
Bryce
