Might Hannah Clement, wife of John, have been a daughter of John Pryor (d. 1785 Amelia, VA) and Anne Bland?
I arrived at this hypothesis because of the following deed, in which John Clement and Hannah of Pittsylvania sell land to William Terry of Bedford:
---
This Indenture made the Twenty Eight Day of September in the year of Our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and Seventy Eight Between John Clement & Hannah his Wife of Pittsylvania County of the one part and William Terry of Bedford County of the other part Witnesseth that the sd. John Clement & Hannah his Wife for and in Consideration of the sum of one hundred Pounds Current money of Virginia to them in hand paid the Receipt whereof we doth hereby acknowledge Hath granted Bargained Sold Released and Confirmd & by these Presents doth grant Bargain sell Release & Confirm unto the said William Terry and to his Heirs and Assigns forever one Certain Tract of Land Containing two hundred and ten acres it being part of a Tract of Thirteen Thousand five hundred & fifty acres granted by Pattent to Richard Randlph Gent. deceas.d record being had thereto will may at Large Appear Lying & being in Bedford County on both Sides of the North fork of Hunting Creek Including the head of the sd. !
fork and is Bounded as followeth Viz Beginning at William Morgans Corner Red Oak on sd. Pattent Land thence along Morgans line South one hundred and Thirty Eight Poles to his Corner Chestnut thence dividing lines South Eighty degrees East two hundred & Eight Poles to a Spanish Oak thence North forty two degrees East fifty Poles to white oak thence North one hundred & Twenty four Poles to Pointers on the line of the sd. Pattent and thence along the Pattent line west Two hundred and forty Poles to the first Station with all woods Swamps Meadows and all other Profits and Commodities to the same belonging and all the Estate Right Title Interste Claim and demand whatever of them the sd. John Clement & Hannah his Wife of in & to the said Land & Premises and every Part thereof To have and to Hold the sd. Track of Land and all other the before Granted Premises with their Appurtenances unto the sd. William Terry and his Heirs & Assigns forever to the only use and behoof of him the s!
d. William Terry his Heirs and Assigns forever & the sd. John Clement
and Hannah his wife for them and their Heirs the said Land and Premises against them and their Heirs and all Persons Claiming from by or under him her them or any of them to the said William Terry shall and will warrant and forever defend by these Presents whereof the sd. John Clement hath hereunto set his hand and Seal the day and Year above Written
Signd Seald & Delivered } John Clement L.S.
In the Presence of } Hannah Clement
Memorandome That on the day and Year first within Written Livery & Seizen of the within sold Land and Premises was acknowledgd. to be made and done by the within named John Clement & his wife to the within Named William Terry for him his Heirs & assigns forever
Witness John Clement
At a Court held for Bedford County the 28th day of September 1778
This Indenture together with the Memorandum of Livery of Seisin thereon Indorsed were Acknowledge by John Clement party thereto and ordered to be Recorded
Teste J. Steptoe C.C.

The John Clement who died in Clarke County, GA, is supposed to be the same person as the John Clement above, son of Benjamin Clement.
Notice that the land John Clement and Hannah are selling once belonged to one of the Richard Randolphs. Anne Bland, wife of John Pryor, was a descendant of the Virginia Randolphs; her ancestor Richard Randolph died in 1678.
Moreover, Nancy Acker, John Clement's daughter, names her child John Prior Acker.
Hannah may have been dead by the time John Pryor wrote his 1785 will, as John Clement married, 22 Jun 1792, Mrs. Jane Robertson. His wife at the time of his death was Mary.
I will need to track down how Richard Randolph's land came into the Clement family's possession. It may have simply been sold to them, no relation implied.
