There are eight families in the 1850 census of Blount County, Tennessee. These families are all decendents of Henry Clemens of Wythe County, Virginia. There is another family of Clemens in Blount county 1850 census that may be connected, but I cannot assign to Henry Clemens family.
Does anyone have any information on Will Clemens (57), Susan Clemens(57), Margarett (23), James (20), Martha (19), Ellen(17) and Carolina(14). They appear on page 39 of the 1850 Census. Appreicate any assistance.
