Robert Joseph and Elizabeth Cleaver lived in Headington, St Giles, Oxfordshire. I think Robert Joseph was the brother of Edward Cleaver who lived in Oxford, St Thomas. Edward was maried to Mary Ann and in 1861 census Edward's mother Susanna was in their house (Edward had died by then). Edward and Mary Ann had a Robert Joseph who died aged ten months, born around 1838, other names are duplicated. In the 1861 Census there is a Joseph in Mary Ann's house, I think this is your Susanna brother. Edward is my husband's g-g-grandfather.
