Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

I didn't find anything on him at the archives over xmas, but have a
few better ideas of where to look next time I go, hope fully he will
be found, some records were actually missing from the archives service
so I have to go the another office and hope they have them.

I have been trying for years to find the origins of Richard Cleaver born c. 1804
He married in Tipton, Staffs 1822 to Nancy Fereday and was buried in St Martin Tipton Sept. 1840 aged 36.
I would love to hear from anyone with any information.
