Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

Parish records of Abingdon Parish, Gloucester County, Virginia, have
Alexander Cleveland, Jr. christened 25 May 1712. He died testate in Albemarle Count
y, Virginia in 1776.
According to the Genealogies of the Cleaveland/Cleveland Families compiled
by Edmond Janes Cleveland and Horace Gillette Cleveland, and published in
1899, Alexander was married twice, first to Milly Presley, about 1733. She was
born circa 1715 and died probably 1744. By Milly he had;
James born circa 1734, died 1791 in Loudoun County, Virginia. (called his
eldest son in his will, but only received one Shelling sterling. As was the
custom in those days in early Virginia, he probably received his share at the
time of the second marriage of his father, or when he became of age.)
Alexander born circa 1736, died after 1829 in Harrison County, Kentucky.
(Not named in the will. Probably had already received his share.)
Anica/Anckey born circa 1738, died after 1829 in Amhurst County, Virginia.
(Not named in the will, probably had already received her share)
John born circa 1740, died after 1829 in Amhurst County, Virginia. (Not
named in the will, probably had already received his share)
Alexander married second, Margaret Doolittle circa 1748. She was born circa
1727 and died 5 June 1786 in Albemarle County, Virginia. By Margaret he had;
Oliver born 1749, died 9 February 1844 in Madison County, Kentucky. (He, as
the eldest son of the second marriage inherited the Plantation)
Eli born circa 1753, died May 1829 in Fayette County, Kentucky.
Elizabeth (Betsy) born 1755, died 4 January 1846 in Madison County, Kentucky.
William born 24 December 1757, died 18 June 1842 in Pendleton County,
Kentucky.
Milly born 1760, died 15 April 1850 in Shelby County, Kentucky.
Martha (Patsy) born 1764, died 18 April 1849 in Benton County, Missouri.
