Hi,
Can anybody answer for me why so many County Tipperary Irish headed for Upstate New York? I have no one left in my family to answer this query. I know 2 of my grandmother's brothers had farm land in Syracuse. (Manlius). Others worked in the salt mines , trains etc. Thanks!
