A Sarah, Patricia, Williamand Edward Cleary' are all buried in a Gleason grave in Denver CO, Also A Stephen last name unknown but neither Gleason nor Cleary.
Our family emigrated from Tullamore - in about 1832. I wouldn't be surprised
if we're related, if distantly. Anne Cleary Sennish, Farmington, Michigan.

You probably have already heard about this, but just in case, I thought I'd
forward it to you.FranOfficial as of today....The hours for Family History
Library in Salt Lake City had been changedeffective JULY FIRST.Monday: 8 am to 5
pmTuesday-Saturday: 8 am to 9 pmPersonally I knew about the change over a week
ago but I was asked not to announce until the Library has the chance to post
the announcementthemselves. Notice is posted on entrance doors to Library as
well asby the elevators. The reason given: Low patron use 7:30 am to 8 am and
after 9 pmas well as energy costs, particularly electricity usage in
proporationto low patron usage during those times.Lately, from my personal observations,
there appears to be less useof the Library in last 3 months. The last time the
Library was crowdedwas way back in February. Very unusual NOT to have crowds
about every2 weeks after several years of crowds.Permission is granted to
forward to many appropriate lists includingbut not limited to: county lists,
society lists and surname lists. Not restricted to Rootsweb lists.W. David Samuelsen,

Hi all,
Please excuse the multiple copies of this for those of you with subscriptions
to more than one of these lists. I have extracted the Cleary passport
application index entries (1907-1923). For those of you not knowing what is
available, this is quite a resource that I would bet is very underutilized. There
are 2,095 reels in these NARA series films for all the passport applications
made to US for travel outside of country. These films cover the years 1795-1924.
I will be posting one application so everyone can see what is in a typical
record. These are NARA series films M1371, M1372, and M1490. FHLC has also
filmed these records.
The following are the Cleary index entries I have extracted:

When I look at this list, it is apparent that a separate application was
required for each trip, as the same people are seen over and over, some seem to
travel often. I may sort this by name so as to see which are common, I may sort
this by date, as one inference I have seen that when there are two Clearys
submitting an application on the same date, sometimes the passport application
number is sequential. I do infer from this, this is probably a married couple
travelling together, or perhaps a brother-sister, father-son. Sometimes there
is an age in parenthesis.
Best regards,
Jim McNAMARA
