Most of the time we can guess at the spelling of our Clayworth relatives on
the census, but I had to work backwards on this one:
1920 Census for Kansas City, Jackson Co., MO ED #231, Sheet 14B
(Alphabetized as "Stay ???" on Ancestry.com)
Clayworth:
J. E. Head 27 M. b. IA Fa. b. OH, Mo. b. MO Jitney Driver Owned
mortgaged home
Nettie A. Wife 27 M. b. MO Fa. b. WV, Mo. b. VA
Afton C. Dau. 8 S. b. KS Fa. b. IA, Mo. b. MO
Eunicer A. Dau. 5 S. b. KS Fa. b. IA, Mo. b. MO
Nina L. Dau. 2/12 S. b. MO Fa. b. IA, Mo. b. MO
Joseph B. Fa. 73 Wd. b. OH Fa. b. Eng., Mo. b. OH
(The above birthplace for Joseph's mother is incorrect; she was born in
England. His stepmother was born in Ohio.)

I don't know wether to be annoyed or embarrassed.
I got a call from the doctor's office this morning telling me to be at the
hospital by 2:30 p.m. and that I would have the surgery about 4:30 - 5:00
p.m. So off I went, I got changed, had my pre-op tests, got the IV in my
hand and then the doctor comes to see me and says she's not doing the
surgery!
Apparently, the technician read the results of my IVP wrong. My doctor was
checking my X-rays to see which angle she was going to go during the surgery
and found that the stones in my left kidney were not blocking the entrance
to it as she was lead to believe. She was however, concerned that my
bladder has prolapsed and wants me to have more tests done before she does
the surgery to fix that and remove the stones.
I feel like a right twit because yesterday she's telling me that because my
kidney is blocked it could have serious consequences and needs to be removed
immediately hence the booking of my emergency surgery today and then she
tells me I don't need the surgery right now but will have to have it done
shortly once more tests are done.
I won't find out until tomorrow when these tests are to take place
because her office is closed now but I'll keep you updated on what's
happening. Meanwhile I'm still in a great deal of pain and she's given me
stronger painkillers to tide me over. Ay yi yi.

Some of you may not be familiar with the A2A. So I wanted to bring it to
your attention.
"A2A allows you to search and browse for information about archives in
England, dating from the 900s to the present day. These archives are cared
for in local record offices and libraries, universities, museums and
national and specialist institutions across England, where they are made
available to the public.
To find out whether archives are of interest to you, it is necessary to
consult a catalogue or other finding aid. A2A allows you to search across
detailed catalogues from nearly 200 repositories in England beyond the
Public Record Office, and to arrange to see or to obtain copies of specific,
useful, real archive documents with a few mouse clicks. The database is
regularly updated, so revisit often for newly-included catalogues."

I have find many items of interest searching the catalogues for my surnames
and have found documents that I wouldn't even think of looking for. To me,
this is one of the best resources there is online.
Take care

In my previous messages I neglected to mention that if this particular virus
gets into your system it will kill your current anti virus software and any
firewall you have setup on your system.
I cannot stress enough that installing an anti virus program on your system
is a MUST but it won't help you too much if you don't update it regularly.
