Elaine, Arlene, Ellen, Bud, and other Sloniger researchers:
What do you have on Daniel SLONAKER/Sloniger b. abt. 1823 in PA, d. 2/14/1894 who married Ellen PORTER d. 1870-1880? They were in the Indiana/Jefferson Co. area. Do you have any proof of the existence of a second wife named Eleanor Elizabeth BUSH? Perhaps there was only one wife named Eleanor "Ellen", the mother of eight children. Thanks for your input.

Saw your listing about Clawson/Sloniger. I am great
grand-daughter of Margaret Ann and William Sloniger, but I
am now interested in Margaret and Elizabeth's parents -
Richard and Letitia Moon Clawson. Can't find anything!
Just their names. My mother knew Letitia - she was an
outcast from the Moon Township Moon's in Pittsburgh - for
marrying a farmer. Please let me know if you have anything.
I have Margaret's diamond ring which I wear every day.
