Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

I have an old photograph of a beautiful young woman. It appears to be from the late 1800s or early 1900s. The photograph was taken in Wisconsin.
On the back of the frame is written: Lora (but it looks like there was a letter written before it.

I'm looking for any of my husbands adopted family's history. His grandfather was Rudolph Fredrick Clausen born in Galveston, Texas and wife Della Mae Snell born in Galveston, Texas. Their son Harry Fredrick Clausen born in 1910 in Galveston, Texas married Marion Garretson Cryer. Rudolph's father was Harmon' (Herman) Klausen b Jan 1852 and wife Louise Elizabeth Busch b 1859. Harmon changed his name to Herman when he came to the USA. Harmon and Louise came to America prior to 1881.
